I did not have too many ingredients, so I just took what was and prepared a tasty pasta pot from the improvisation that was quite successful in 10 .

This is excellent if you have guests for a brunch or dinner.

The is quite satisfying with the pasta, and you have a dish with carbohydrates and proteins that can be a delicious dinner for you and the kids.

It is highly recommended to eat the pasta hot, although this recipe is also excellent as a cold pasta salad for hosting or events.

Ingredients

500 grams of durum wheat pasta – what kind you want
2 fresh tomatoes
10 Calamata olives / regular black olives
4 frozen artichoke bottoms
Half a cup of olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 frozen basil cubes
Half a teaspoon of salt
Live a glass of grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Fill a pot with a liter of water, a teaspoon of coarse salt and two tablespoons of olive oil

Bring to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes
Drain the pasta and place in a colander

Cut the tomatoes and artichokes into cubes, cut the olives in half.
The onion is cut into thin strips.

In a pasta pot of bio put half a cup of olive oil.

 

· Fry the tomatoes, artichokes, onions, and olives together lightly in olive oil, until the onion becomes transparent and lets the flavors mix.
Add two crushed garlic cloves and mix for another minute.

Lower the flame so that the garlic does not burn.

Add the pasta and stir it until all the ingredients mix well and it will get the flavors of the oil with the vegetables.

Add two chopped basil cubes, salt, a little pepper and continue to mix for about 2 minutes.

Bake on a plate, sprinkle over Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
